The State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall perform regular analysis of its work and evaluation of the quality of performance of work in order to offer increasingly professional services and solutions thereof to its clients, which are continuously being improved.

Our goal is to better understand the expectations of our customers, to provide quality services to our customers, to identify and address issues in a timely manner, to improve communication and cooperation between each other, and to promote the development of the industry as a whole.

The clients of the Inspection are railway system participants - railway infrastructure managers, operators, shunters, various railway undertakings, train drivers, safety advisers (advisers) for the carriage of dangerous goods and others.

The Authority has developed the Customer Service Standard (2023) to improve the quality of service provision and cooperation with customers.

The Inspection conducts a regular (at least twice a year) assessment of customer satisfaction by organising various surveys.
