The State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall regularly perform an assessment of the quality of its work as well as the performance of the services provided.

The Authority shall develop the Customer Service Standard, which shall provide information regarding the customer service values and principles, types of requesting and receiving services, and the means of communication.

For customer convenience, a service section has been created on the institution's website, in which the services are divided according to their types, described each service, listed the conditions for requesting and receiving them, indicated the contact person.

For customer feedback on the availability of service information, received services and service quality, please complete a customer satisfaction survey.
