Safety consultants (advisers) of dangerous goods

A business entity who transporting dangerous goods by rail, loading and unloading dangerous goods or other activities related to such transport shall appoint a safety adviser who is responsible for reducing the risks inherent in the transport of dangerous goods with regard to persons, property and the environment.  The business entity shall submit a notification regarding the appointment of a safety adviser to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate within one month. The business entity shall appoint the employed person as a safety adviser after obtaining the relevant professional qualification certificate.
