One month from the submission of all required information.
The business entity shall appoint the employed person as a safety adviser after obtaining the relevant professional qualification certificate. The examination commission, which accepts the examination from persons who wish to obtain the qualification certificate of a safety adviser for the transport of dangerous goods.
The examination commission shall determine the date of the examination. The examination commission shall announce the decision on awarding the relevant qualification to the applicant.
