- The service includes:
- Evaluation of the application and accompanying documentation;
- Issuing of an authorisation.
In order to receive an authorisation for placing a vehicle on the market, the applicant (vehicle owner, user, manufacturer, modernizer, contracting entity or their authorized person) shall submit a relevant application through the contact point of the European Union Railway Agency - One Stop Shop (requested register).
The application shall specify the area of use of the vehicle where the vehicle is intended to be used, and the application shall be accompanied by documentary evidence that the technical compatibility of the vehicle and the network of the area of use has been verified.
