The State Railway Technical Inspectorate regularly carry out an analysis of its work and a quality assessment of the performance of its work in order to offer its customers more and more professional services and solutions thereof that are constantly being developed.
An anonymous customer satisfaction survey was conducted from 6 till 20 March 2023, filling out a questionnaire on the Inspection's website to better understand the expectations of our customers and partners, timely troubleshooting and improved communication.
