Pursuant to Clause 12.1 of Cabinet Regulation No. 360 of 2 May 2006 "Regulations on Railway Specialists", the members of the commission established by the merchant or the appointed responsible persons who check the knowledge of railway specialists shall pass a theoretical examination on railway technical operation issues at the State Railway Technical Inspectorate.
The State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall appoint a knowledge test upon receipt of an application from a merchant.
The State Railway Inspectorate shall notify the merchant of the appointed date and time of the examination.
