Single Safety Certificate
The single safety certificate shall be issued to railway undertakings and shunters who have established safety management system and are able to operate safely in the intended area of operation
Authorisation for placing a vehicle on the market
An authorisation for placing vehicles on the market shall be issued by the State Railway Technical Inspectorate to an applicant who has proved the ability of the vehicle and its type for safe operation.
Certification of the entity in charge of maintenance
In order to obtain the certificate of the entity in charge of maintenance, the entity shall ensure the safe operation of vehicles through the vehicle maintenance system
Safety Permit
The State Railway Technical Inspectorate assesses whether an entity as a participant of the railway system is able to meet the relevant safety requirements and apply them, ensuring the safe operation of the railway system.
