Issuing of a safety permit for shunting on private railway infrastructure and public railway infrastructure within one station

An entity that is not a shunter but performs shunting operations only in a private-use railway infrastructure or public-use railway infrastructure within the boundaries of one station shall establish a system which enables the activities thereof in conformity with the national requirements, the directly applicable legal acts of the European Union, and the local infrastructure conditions.

In order to obtain a certificate, the applicant must submit the application to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate. The application can be sent electronically or submitted in person.
