Issuing of a safety permit for the construction, repair or maintenance of technical equipment of railway infrastructure

An entity that is engaged in the construction, repair, or maintenance of the railway infrastructure technical equipment, shall establish a system which enables the activities thereof in conformity with the national requirements, the directly applicable legal acts of the European Union, and the local infrastructure conditions.

In order to obtain a certificate, the applicant must submit the application to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate. The application can be sent electronically or submitted in person.
