Issuance of a certificate regarding the absence of a structure

In order to receive a statement regarding the absence of a building, which is necessary in order to be able to delete the presence of a building from the cadastre in nature, it is necessary for the Construction Information System to complete a submission regarding the absence of a building.

The State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall, on the basis of a submission regarding the absence of construction, carry out an inspection in nature and, if no constructive elements have remained for the structure and the territory has been arranged, issue a document confirming the absence of the structure.
