Application shall be submitted to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate through the Construction Information System. Submit the documents specified in the construction permit. 

The Inspectorate shall perform an examination of the submitted documents and electronically perform a check mark in the construction permit regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commence
