Fulfilment of works conditions in an explanatory article for the first group of engineering structures

The explanatory memorandum shall include the conditions for the commencement of works and the requirement to provide information on the performer of works.

After the receipt of the necessary information and documents for the construction work of the first group, the State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall make a note in the Construction Information System regarding the fulfilment of the conditions for the commencement of works.

The submission shall be submitted through the Construction Information System to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate.
