Consideration of the application for changes to the building design for the second group of engineering structures

The altered parts of the construction project and documents, which justify the necessity of the changes, shall be submitted to the technical inspection of the State Railway through the Construction Information System.

If the changes require amendments to the conditions of the construction permit, they shall be made before the changes are harmonised.
