Conclusions on the results of the 2026 annual survey: 1. Overall, all survey participants (81 respondents) evaluated the work of the Inspectorate with 7-10 points, where the average score is 8.7 points (8.8 points in 2024). According to the benchmark used in the report, customer satisfaction is 100% and the strategy's 85% target has been exceeded by 15 percentage points. However, it should be noted that the results describe the assessment of survey participants, not all customers. 2. All respondents evaluate cooperation with the Inspectorate and the quality of services provided with 7-10 points; the average rating is 8.8 points (8.6 points in 2024). The comments particularly emphasize the professional and responsive attitude of employees. 3. 61 respondents (75.3%) did not have problems. All 20 respondents who indicated problems noted that they were resolved: 14 cases at once and 6 later. 15 (75.0% of the problem experience group) are fully satisfied with the solution, 5 (25.0%) are partially satisfied. 4. In the evaluation of aspects of the work, the highest average rating is for competence - 9.05 points. The average of the other aspects ranges from 8,80 to 9,00 points. 5. The website is one of the main sources of information: 41 respondents mentioned it (50.6%), and 45 (55.6%) mentioned it by phone. 90.8% of respondents rate the website as convenient or very convenient; 90.4% of respondents acknowledge complete or almost sufficient information. 6. Electronic channels (79.0% of respondents) and telephone (72.8%) are most often chosen for consultations and communication. Forms of face-to-face and online consultation should also be maintained.
