Guidelines for safety reports

In order to support organisations (railway operators, infrastructure manager and shunters) in fulfilling their obligations under Article 9(6) of Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on railway safety (recast) , which requires them to draw up an annual safety report for the previous calendar year, the State Railway Technical Inspectorate has prepared guidelines for organisations to draw up safety reports.
