The State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys in order to assess the quality of performance of the services provided by them.
Our goal is to better understand the expectations of our customers, provide professional and quality services to our customers, continuously improve them, timely address challenges, improve communication and cooperation between them, and promote the development of the sector as a whole.
In 2024, between September 11 and 30, the inspection's customers - members of the railway system had the opportunity to give their opinion on the inspection's work by completing the customer satisfaction questionnaire.
