Examination of a statement of readiness for civil engineering in service for the second or third group of engineering structures

State Railway Technical Inspectorate shall adopt in service railway engineering structures, issuing a deed regarding the acceptance of the building in service. The issue of the act leads to the construction process and the operation of the building is permitted. . The purpose of the service is to make sure that the works (new construction, reconstruction, renewal) have been performed in conformity with the construction project and the requirements of regulatory enactments.

A statement shall be submitted to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate through the Construction Information System.
