Construction file access request

The authority responsible for the construction case receives a task for granting access rights to another authority.

Once access has been granted, the organization to which access is granted is visible in the construction file.

An employee of the organization that has been granted access rights can open the construction file and see the information according to the rights in viewing mode.

An employee of the organization that has been granted access cannot edit documents that are not created by their organization. An employee of the organization to which access rights have been granted may create new documents if the rights exist.

An employee of the organization to which access is granted may no longer open the construction file after the expiry of the access right. An employee of the responsible State Railway Technical Inspectorate with the right to grant access rights may remove the granted access rights.

A record of events is created in the construction file for granting or removing access rights.

The request shall be submitted to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate through the Construction Information System.
