Consideration of the project application for the second or third group of engineering structures

The submission shall be submitted through the Construction Information System to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate. Submit a construction application and a building project in a minimum composition.

In the issued construction permit, the Inspectorate shall note which design conditions and conditions for the commencement of construction are to be fulfilled by the construction initiator.
