Consideration of an application for a change of initiator

In cases where a construction case has been established but the owner of the structure/land has changed, the initiator can be changed by performing the relevant activities by submitting an application to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate through the Construction Information System, if construction is initiated after 31 December 2019.
