Amendment of a safety authorisation to a infrastructure manager responsible for infrastructure on the trans-European transport network (TEN-T)

The safety authorisation shall be amended if the holder of the safety authorisation intends to change the operating conditions on the basis of which the safety permit was issued and if this change affects compliance with directly applicable European Union legislation, national requirements or local infrastructure conditions. The application shall be accompanied by documents certifying the compliance of the planned changes with directly applicable European Union legislation, national requirements or local infrastructure conditions

In order to obtain a certificate, the applicant must submit the application to the State Railway Technical Inspectorate. The application can be sent electronically or submitted in person.
