During the orange alert in the endangered area, no voyages are commenced under the guidelines and no vehicles enter the areas. In situations where there is no immediate obvious danger, the voyage shall continue if it is possible to leave the endangered zone within up to 20 minutes. If this is not possible, the vehicle will travel to the nearest place where passengers and crew can shelter. In rail traffic, evacuations to the waiting rooms of the station shall be organised, if possible. The driver of the train or bus shall inform passengers of the future direction of the vehicle.
