COVID-19

In order to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus in the country, from October 11, 2021 to January 11, 2022, the receipt of services in person at the State Railway Technical Inspectorate will be ensured in an epidemiologically partially safe environment. This means that on-site services will be available to those who present an interoperable certificate. Before receiving the service, each customer will be checked for an interoperable certificate (an identity document - ID card or passport - must be presented together with the certificate).

In order to receive the service in person, the customer must apply for it in advance by writing to an e-mail address or by calling the employees of the State Railway Technical Inspectorate. If the client has arrived without prior appointment, it will not be possible to receive the services in person.

The State Railway Technical Inspectorate invites to assess the need to visit the institution in person. We remind you that a number of our services can also be applied for remotely, as well as by sending an application by mail or to an e-mail address (with an electronic signature).
