Fixed installations shall only be permitted to be operated after their placing into service if they are designed, constructed and installed in accordance with the requirements of the 09.06.2020. Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 374 “Regulations Regarding Railway Interoperability”.
- The service includes:
- The submission of an application;
- Evaluation of the documentation;
- Adoption of a decision.
The Guide for the application of APIS in the event of renewal or upgrading of a fixed installation developed by the Inspectorate shall provide information on how to receive the permits referred to in Section 43.4, Paragraph three of the Railway Law upon putting stationary equipment into service, observing the requirements specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 374 of 9 June 2020, Regulations for Railway interoperability. The purpose of the document is to provide detailed information on the permit processes for fixed installations, their structure, organisation, timetable, requirements to be checked, documents and other common rules, thus helping the applicant to prepare for proper compliance with the permit in-service processes.
