The decision on the application of APIS * shall be indicated by the obligation of the applicant to ensure the process of authorisation to put stationary installations into service.

During the planning stage of the project prior to the commencement of the restoration or modernisation processes of a stationary installation in operation, the commissioning party shall submit a submission indicating the description, purpose, scope and planned modernisation or renewal work of the stationary installation to which the permit to enter into service of the stationary installation would be applicable, indicating the planned changes in the performance parameters of the subsystem, as well as authorising the contact person for communication with the evaluation group during the evaluation process. The applicant shall attach the available design documentation to the application.
